Returns are allowed but please consider that you our customer made a conscious decision to purchase the item on-line and made the same decision to pay for it.

Our margins are really low and therefore we will unfortunately not be able to arrange or cover the return shipping of the items and therefore ask that you arrange with your selected courier service for the safe return of the item/s.

       Conditions under which return will be accepted:

• Original packaging and packaging not torn or damaged in any way.
• Items are not dirty or show any type of stains caused for whatsoever reason.
• Items may not be returned later than 7 days from the date of receipt via our courier service.
• Items received back from you, our customer, which gets rejected for return will unfortunately not be returned to you as our margins do not cover any further shipping costs.
