"Trust is the glue of life. It's the most essential ingredient in effective communication. It's the foundational principle that holds all relationships." - Stephen Covey
Trust is where a company can demonstrate time and time again that they are capable of delivering the correct product at the right quality and a consistent price. "Consistency is one of these basic fundamentals of customer service, along with being friendly and prompt."
Trust is earned over time through a series of positive experiences. And most importantly, you don’t need to be perfect to earn trust. You earn trust by delivering what you promise to your clients -- every time. "Promising perfection is not nearly as useful as promising what the rules are."
Service delivery is the process of providing a service to customers or the internal clients of an organization. It typically includes processes to design, develop, deploy and operate services. In many cases, service delivery also includes managing the contractual and financial aspects of service level agreements. We have a couple of customers that do not even ask for the price but just place the orders, TRUSTING that we will deliver as promised. Which we always do!
“Our greatest currency is our time, and we cannot save it. Spend it wisely and never waste another's or your own.” If there is one thing I wish all our customers would do more, TRUST us. We spend an enormous amount of time generating quotations, where most of our products are available and accessible on our website, AND our prices are pretty consistent! This saves our clients the time of having to go through the standard three-quote process, assessing all factors from various suppliers.
I guess that is the free market system. A free market is an economic system where prices are set by supply and demand and is governed by the invisible hand.
Just some food for thought!
